详细描述：
Present Power-On-Reset circuit generates system reset pulses (RST) when 3.3V and 1.2V power suppliers are both turned on, not any external device is needed. If the powers rise quickly, RST will keep at low level for a space of time after the powers are on. But if the powers rise slowly, RST will keep at low level until the powers rise to a preset voltage level.
